Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, drawing on your experience in Michelin-starred kitchens.
- Support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes, whether for small-scale private events or larger club functions.
- Maintain a clean and efficient workstation while upholding hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Flexibility to shift between different styles, from high-end tasting menus to refined comfort dishes.
Requirements:
- Michelin-starred kitchen experience (1-3 star restaurants).
- Strong understanding of European cuisines, especially Mediterranean or French techniques.
- Passionate about creating impeccable dishes and maintaining consistent standards.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
